GPS tracking can operate in two modes:
continuous or action-triggered. In continuous trac-
king mode, the mobile application sends GPS data to the
server in real-time. In action-trigg-
ered mode, the GPS data is uploaded only when specific actions are taken,
such as capturing
images or submitting reports. Continuous tracking records the entire path traveled by
emplo-
yees, while action-triggered tracking logs only selected locations.
